Refund and Returns Policy
General Policy
At HappyGutHealth, we follow a strict no cancellation and no refund policy for all services, consultations, and programs.
Once a booking or program purchase is confirmed, payments are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Rescheduling of Appointments
Clients may request rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled consultation.
Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will not be accommodated.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases (such as medical emergencies, technical issues from our side, or other exceptional situations), management may consider a special exception.
Such exceptions are solely at the discretion of HappyGutHealth and do not set a precedent for future cases.
