Diet Plans & Digital Services
All standardised diet plans will be delivered by email within 24 hours of successful payment.
Customised diet plans or programs may take longer, depending on individual consultation and assessment.
Consultations & Appointments
Appointments are delivered at the scheduled time confirmed during booking.
In the event a consultation is cancelled by the consultant/nutritionist due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be offered either:
Rescheduling of the appointment at the earliest available slot, OR
A full refund, if rescheduling is not possible.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing correct contact details (email and phone) to ensure timely delivery of diet plans and communication.
